1.1 Inclusions

  • Accommodation on board as reserved;
  • Soft drinks, tea, American/Balinese/moka coffee, natural juice;
  • Five meals per day;
  • Diving activities (up to 4 dives per dive day, except on final dive day which is 1-2 dives only depending on guest’s flight schedule);
  • Weight belt and weights;
  • Shore activities and excursions according to the program;
  • Light laundry service;
  • Airport or hotel transfers on day of departure and disembarkation;
  • Government taxes.

1.2 Exclusions

  • Environmental Safety Fees are an additional charge to trip cost, payable in advance with final balance;
  • Administration/port clearance fee;
  • Fuel Surcharge;
  • International and domestic air transportation;
  • Hotels and meals before and after the cruise;
  • Alcoholic drinks, espresso, cappuccino;
  • Dive equipment rental (other than dive cylinders, weights and weight belt);
  • Nitrox filling
  • Travel insurance;
  • Onboard purchases;
  • Private tours;
  • On-board telecommunications;
  • Crew gratuities.
  • All extra charges, except for Environmental Safety Fees, can be paid on board with cash (IDR, US$ or Euro).



TENTATIVE BOOKINGS. Tentative reservations will be held for up to 15 days.

Reservations not confirmed by regular payment of deposit will be automatically cancelled without notice after 15 days unless prior arrangements have been made.

DEPOSITS. All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. An invoice will be issued as confirmation of your booking, with deposit due date noted in payment schedule.

If deposit payment is not received by due date for deposit payment, reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice if no prior arrangements have been made.

FINAL PAYMENT. As indicated in the confirmation invoice, full payment of balance is generally due  60 days prior to charter departure date, unless noted otherwise.

PAYMENT OPTIONS. All payments are required by wire transfer or bank deposit directly into our bank account as per details noted on invoice. Payments must be performed as indicated in the invoice (no net of bank charges). Credit card payment is not accepted for prepayments.

The date that Tiarè receives any change to your reservation by electronic mail, facsimile transmission or registered post, will be the date used to determine whether or not a fee will be charged. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays the next working day will count.

BY REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. We recommend that every passenger purchases comprehensive trip cancellation, accident, medical and baggage insurance prior to their departure.

EVACUATION INSURANCE. Evacuation Insurance is compulsory if you are diving on KM Tiarè.

We strongly recommend DAN INSURANCE. DAN (Divers Alert Network) are worldwide experts in diving related evacuations. DAN Insurance covers charges for the reasonable and customary cost of medically necessary services and supplies provided for the care and treatment of a Covered Diving Accident when prescribed, performed or ordered by a Physician, and includes: Hyperbaric Chamber Treatment; Physician’s Charges for Hyperbaric Chamber Treatment medical care and surgical operations; Ambulance transportation by ground, air or marine ambulance services to the nearest Hospital or Hyperbaric Chamber where prescribed care or treatment can be given; Hospital charges.


Tiarè will not be liable to refund any money when the client interrupts or calls short a trip. In cases of emergency such as personal illness or accident, Tiarè will assist in all necessary arrangements for the customer’s return journey. For such cases we recommend that agents advise the customer to purchase trip interruption insurance.

5.1 Reason caused by the customer

Tiarè reserves the right to cancel a booking if actions on the customer’s part give justifiable cause to do so. In such instance Tiarè will refund any payments already made. Further claims against Tiarè will not be entertained.

5.2 Force Majeure or other reasons

Tiarè reserves the right to cancel a trip for reasons of Force Majeure (i.e. natural disasters, epidemics etc.) or unavoidable acts of man (i.e. war, riots, strikes etc.). In the event of this happening Tiarè will inform you as soon as possible.


Passenger substitution will be allowed up to 3 days before the day of departure. The new passenger shall be subject to the policy of Tiarè.



The Company will charge the Customer 20% extra if the Customer changes his schedule within 60 days (including the 60th) before the departure.


A Liability Waiver is required to be signed by each guest prior to arrival to the boat and emailed or faxed to the reservations office. Original Waiver should be taken to the boat for handing to the crew. If you do not receive a copy of waiver with your invoice, please obtain a copy from Tiarè reservations office.


Arrival and departure flight details, evacuation insurance details and other manifesting information should be provided as they become available, but no later than 60 days from departure date.


KM Tiarè will send you a Cruise Enrollment Form. Customers are required to fill out and complete the form in order to collect information required (personal data, food allergies, special needs, info about diving and dive insurance) and to send it back at the time of the final balance as indicated on the invoice.


A scheduled departure commences in the evening on DAY 1 and will finish on the last day. Diving ceases at lunch time on the day before disembarkation.

Guests remain accommodated on board until disembarkation on the last day.


No VISA is required before arriving in Indonesia. Tourist VISA is released at custom on your arrival at International Airport. No VISA is required before arriving in Indonesia. Tourist VISA is released at custom on your arrival at International Airport. The passport must be valid for at least six months after the entry date, and must be unbroken.
